PushUp Tracker ("the App") is developed by Chris Paolone. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
PushUp Tracker does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with third parties. All workout data, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, the App will read and write push-up workout data to Apple HealthKit. This data stays on your device and is governed by Apple's privacy policies. The App never accesses HealthKit data without your explicit permission, and you can revoke access at any time in your device Settings.
If you create or join a leaderboard group, your display name and push-up statistics (daily, weekly, and all-time rep counts) may be shared with other members of your group via Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is only accessible to members of your group. You can leave a group at any time, and no other personal information is shared.
PushUp Tracker does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks. There are no third-party SDKs embedded in the App.
All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
